Ruth McGillivray has 20 years of executive leadership in education. She leads the Competency-Based Theological Education community of practice and serves as Executive Vice President at Northwest College and Seminary, the first seminary to offer a fully accredited Master of Divinity in a direct-assessment competency-based format.
